Shipping

All orders will be shipped Fed Ex Ground unless otherwise specified by the customer. Overnight, 2nd day & 3rd day deliveries are available. Express shipping fees are determined at the time of shipment.

Delivery Schedules

Reverence costumes are custom made and orders are completed in the order received. On your order form please indicate the date you need to receive your order. Normal delivery time is 4-5 weeks in non-peak months. During the months of December, January and February expect a longer delivery time, possibly up to 8 weeks. We recommend that costumes needed in January be ordered before December 1. Please call for our current ship date. We understand situations with special circumstances and can sometimes accommodate rush orders.

Exchanges

Reverence will exchange costumes for size adjustments only. All exchanges must have a return authorization before being returned. The exchange fee is $10.00 per costume plus shipping. Costumes with rhinestones will be exchanged for half the original cost. Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receipt of your order. We will not accept exchanges for costumes that have been worn or altered. Costumes that have been customized or modified from what is shown in the catalog are a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
